When you purchase our products—including perfumes, Dokhoon (incense), Fragrant Oils, Body Care Products, and Gift Sets—from our store, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, which helps us understand your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may also send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s secure data storage systems, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on secure servers protected by firewalls.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data, encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase and is deleted thereafter. All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council—a joint effort by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary for them to perform their services to us. Some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information required for your purchase-related transactions. We recommend that you review their privacy policies to understand how your personal information will be handled. Please note that if these providers are located in jurisdictions different from yours, your information may become subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party site, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we adhere to PCI-DSS requirements and additional industry standards.

SECTION 7 – COOKIES

Below is a list of cookies we use. We provide this information so you can decide whether to opt-out of cookies:

• sessionid: Unique token, session-based. Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

• shopifyvisit: No personal data held. Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit; used by Shopify’s internal stats tracker to record visit counts.

• shopifyuniq: No personal data held. Expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) the following day; counts the number of visits to our store by a single customer.

• cart: Unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores information about the contents of your cart.

• securesession_id: Unique token, session-based.

• storefront_digest: Unique token, indefinite. If the store has a password, this determines if the visitor has access.

• PREF: Persistent for a very short period. Set by Google, it tracks who visits the store and from where.

SECTION 8 – AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications take effect immediately upon posting on our website. If we make material changes, we will notify you via an update on our website so you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances it may be disclosed. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to provide you with our products.
